1 РНК-рекомбинация
[лат. re- — приставка, обозначающая повторность действия или противоположное действие, и combinatio — соединение]процесс образования новых (дочерних) последовательностей РНК (см. рекомбинантная РНК) из двух или нескольких предшествующих (родительских) молекул РНК, включающий различные перестройки РНК-геномов (вставки, делеции, образование химерных молекул и др.). Частота РНК-р. у некоторых РНК-содержащих вирусов (пикорна- и коронавирусов) сравнима с частотой ДНК-рекомбинации. Считается, что РНК-р. используется для репарации РНК-геномов и играет важную роль в эволюционном развитии вирусов. Первые данные в пользу генетической рекомбинации между двумя РНКгеномами были получены на примере вируса полиомиелита в 1963 г. П. Купером: смешанная инфекция двумя штаммами полиовируса, несущими разные фенотипические маркеры, приводила к появлению вариантов вируса, содержащих оба фенотипических маркера.Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
